I had an overall decent stay but faced some significant issues during my time at the hotel. The location was excellent, being close to the beach and various dining options, which I really appreciated. The initial room I received was not cleaned properly, and while I was able to switch rooms, the cleanliness issue was disappointing. The facility's renovations are in progress, which is a positive sign for the future, but the lack of privacy in the room layout was a clear drawback.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right across from the beach and close to various restaurants. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly cozy, making for a great stay. The breakfast was fabulous, definitely one of the highlights. However, I wish there were more options for dining beyond breakfast, and the view from my room was limited. Overall, I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I had an amazing time at Mantra Coolangatta during my recent visit. The location is absolutely perfect, with beautiful beaches right at my doorstep and plenty of amenities nearby. The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, making my stay even better. However, the first apartment I checked into had some issues, but management quickly resolved it by relocating me to a much better unit. Overall, this place offers great value for the price, with top-notch facilities including a lovely pool and spa area.
